Recently I was asked by Peter R. to take a couple of formal pictures of him.

Besides taking the formal pictures, I asked him if we also could take a few more ‘artistic’ ones.

For these pictures, I used my Lumix S5 with the Lumix 50 mm 1.8 S lens. In my work, I hardly ever use 50 mm FF focal lengths equivalent lenses. Instead, I usually use 35 mm and 85 mm lenses. However, this seemed like a good opportunity to try my hands on to 50 mm ff focal length, AKA ‘the nifty fifty’.

I thoroughly enjoyed using my Lumix 50 mm 1.8 S lens during this session, and I really like the results. I hope you do too!
