Photoshoot Eleonora Em

Pianist Eleonora Em and I met during a festival in Richterswil (CH) where she delivered a superb performance with her interpretation of ‘Rhapsody in Blue’ by George Gershwin. Afterward, we shot some spontaneous pictures outside one of the venues where the concerts took place.

Eleonora told me about a new project she was working on with a couple of fellow musicians and asked me if I would be interested in doing a photoshoot with them. The project is still a secret – more news to come – however, if you look at the style of the pictures, you might guess it is not the Baroque era…

We had a great time during the shoot, and besides taking group pictures, we also took many individual portraits.

Here is a selection of the ones I took from Eleonora. The one on top is my absolute favorite, I consider it one of the best, if not the best, portrait I ever took.

P.S. Watch this space…more pictures of her and her colleagues, and news about their project, to follow soon!
